Pre & Post Care for Chemical Peels
By appointment only, no walk ins. Instead of a traditional front desk, we have an open lounge with coffee, tea, water, and snacks for our clients to relax in until the service provider retrieves them for their appointment.
If you are booking infrared sauna or red light therapy, this must also be done in advance. If it is your first time booking one of these amenities with us, please give us a call to book.
Bookings made in our online system require 90 minutes advanced notice (i.e. If you are trying to book for 2 pm, you must do so by 12:30 pm.) but you are always welcome to call us to see if we have last minute spots available!

Services are customized to your individual wants and needs, with many options for combinations, add-ons, and upgrades.
We require a card on file for all bookings in the event of late cancellations or no shows. We do not charge you for your service prior to your appointment. You may use the card on file or any payment option that you wish at checkout after your service is complete. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept Apple Pay or personal checks.
Not all service providers provide every single add on/upgrade. For example, Jeff is our only massage therapist that practices with warm bamboo. If your desired service provider is already booked or does not work on your desired date, you will not be able to select them during online booking, the calendar will be greyed out. If you are booking last minute, there is a 2 hour advanced notice required for all bookings made through our online system. Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise we charge a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price, up to $40 per service. If you can provide a doctor's note for your late cancellation in the event of sickness/medical emergency, we will waive the fee.

If you aren’t able to make it in, no worries! Your credit is banked for future use at any time within the next year. Service credits roll over, sauna/RLT credits do not.
Our online booking widget does not automatically apply member pricing to your service(s), but rest assured your credit will be applied, or your price will be adjusted during checkout if you've already used your credit(s) for that month. We are always able to see that you have an active membership at the checkout stand.
You are welcome to come in as often as you'd like at member price! If you've already used your credit(s) during the current billing cycle, you will be charged out of pocket for the session.
Gift cards, package credits, and membership credits expire one year after purchase date.
Lateness is handled on a case by case basis. If you are late, you can generally expect reduced service time unless your provider does not have another appointment directly afterwards. If for any reason your provider is late or unable to attend the appointment, you will be fairly compensated.
We can directly accept these payments if the account is tied to a major card network. For those we cannot directly accept, we have many clients that get receipts from us for reimbursement.
Please dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to take off and put back on, and wear as little jewelry as possible! If you are getting a massage, you will never be asked to dress down beyond your comfort level.
